The brief
A single floor to be fitted out against a fixed move-in date. The client had signed a lease that started before the base build was finished.
What we did
Held the base build to account
We tracked the landlord's works against our own programme every week. Where the shell slipped, our sequence moved before it cost us a day.
Built the services first
Ceiling services went in ahead of partitions, so the slow trade was never waiting on the fast one.
Snagged as we went
Each zone was closed before the next opened. The final list was short enough to clear in a week.
