The brief
A small floor on a short programme. The client wanted one contract and one point of contact rather than a designer and a contractor to manage separately.
What we did

Design and construction sat under the same agreement. There was nobody to argue with about what a drawing meant.

Details were drawn around the fabricators already booked, which kept lead times inside the programme.
