The brief
A fit-out in a building the client did not control, in a city where our team was not resident. Supervision had to be as reliable as if we were next door.
What we did
Put our own people on site
Supervision was ours rather than the contractor's, from the first week to handover.
Fixed the interfaces in writing
Every point where our work met the landlord's was drawn and agreed before it was built.
Reported weekly with photographs
The client saw the same site we did, every week, whether the news was good or not.
